HONG KONG, Nov 1 (Reuters) - Hong Kong's September retail sales surged 13% from a year earlier, thanks to the continued revival of inbound tourism and private consumption, government data showed on Wednesday.
Sales increased to HK$31.8 billion ($4.1 billion), marking a tenth consecutive month of growth. That
compared with a 13.7% rise in August.
In volume terms,
